Yoga Strength

Question:

I already start hatha yoga 2 months ago. It’s not so easy but slowly and surely. I do it alone with help from books and Internet. 2 days ago something very strange happened to me. I gone with my car to do shopping in a big shopping center. I already enter in the shop and forgot all about me. I knew only my name and my wife name. I had a big amnesia. I saw the people with another eyes another light. I forget where I park my car. I look after it 20 minutes. I can not explain with words all what happened. This "reality" was for about 40 minutes. After that all was again in order. I could realize that I’m amnesic this is the point. Any idea or advice? Thank you

Hi, It is difficult to comment with so little information. Doesn’t sound to me like a Yoga issue. At least not one I have heard of. By all means go see a physcian and have a check up. Could be a number of physical reasons, blood sugar, brain, etc. God’s lovc, Namaste

Go see a Doctor.  Could be something as serious as TIA (transient ischaemic attacks).  A TIA is a symptom that a possible full blown stroke is going to happen. http://www.mmhs.com/clinical/adult/english/neuro/stroksgn.htm Wade
